Construction is progressing steadily at Indumati Palace Residences, with slab shuttering and steel binding underway at Towers A, B & C, while column binding work is in progress at Tower D.

Construction is progressing steadily at Indumati Palace Residences. Tower A’s raft concrete is complete, column casting is underway in Towers C & F, and Tower D’s first slab is ready for casting.

On-site development continues with active structural works, including column casting, curing, retaining wall, and raft foundation progress

Excavation, foundation laying, and concrete pouring are underway to cast structural columns.
May 2026
Reinforcement steel works were inspected by structural consultants BASE. Concreting of column footings for Tower D was successfully completed.
April 2026
DMC piling activities progressed steadily, while excavation and PCC laying works were undertaken for Tower D foundations.
