    Mehul Johnson: mix of F&B, you know, we are in talks with multi cineplex to set shop there.
    Mehul Johnson: top brands globally who have shown interest in putting in a very premium five star hotel here because of the location.
    Pooja Desai: Is this going to be the next high street or luxury centre of Baroda?
    Mehul Johnson: It has to be. Naturally.

    Mehul Johnson: lot of thought had to go into this and I think that’s gone in and it’s blended in well.
    Mehul Johnson: it’s a one-of-a-kind experience which you can have.
    Mehul Johnson: as you said, discerning lot of, you know, residents. So we had to ensure that they are given that quality which they aspire to have.
    Mehul Johnson: that soft look and feel for the interiors
    Mehul Johnson: the buildings should be using a product which requires the least amount of maintenance.
    Mehul Johnson: to have someone to proof the structural so that the buildings stand the test of time.
